For tenants

Clear communication. Fair treatment. A home looked after properly.

We believe a good tenancy works best when everyone knows what to expect and communication is straightforward.

ARC aims to make renting as simple and convenient as possible while making sure the landlord, tenant and property are all properly looked after.

Reliability

You should know where you stand and what the next step is without having to constantly chase for updates.

Care

A rental property is also someone’s home. We treat tenants fairly, listen to individual circumstances and aim to deal with issues in a practical and respectful way.

A clear path to move-in

Applying for a property with ARC

We want the application process to be clear and straightforward.

  1. Viewing

  2. Application

  3. Referencing

  4. Tenancy documents

  5. Move-in

ARC uses Let Alliance for professional tenant referencing as part of the application process. Referencing helps inform whether the tenancy is appropriate for the tenant, landlord and property.

We’ll keep applicants informed as the application progresses and let them know if anything else is needed.

Less hassle along the way

Convenience, with a person to talk to.

Electronic documents, digital signatures and online processes mean less printing and fewer unnecessary appointments.

We use them where they help. When you need a conversation, human contact remains available.
